What is the difference between IP65 and IP66?

Both ratings are defined under IEC 60529. IP65 is dust-tight and protects against low-pressure water jets — suitable for SHA and HT Series. IP66 adds powerful jet and heavy-sea protection — recommended for SHPN, SHT and HTS Series. IP67 (SHEN Series) adds temporary immersion protection.

Which material should I choose — PC or ABS?

Choose UV-stabilized PC for outdoor, solar and marine environments with high sunlight and impact exposure. ABS is a cost-effective option for indoor or shaded outdoor installations.

Can you customize the distribution box?

Yes. We customize color, material and flame-retardant grade, knockout positions, internal DIN-rail layout, way count and PV combiner wiring, plus mold and tooling development.

What way counts are available?

Standard configurations range from 2-way up to 36-way. Custom way counts and module capacities can be produced on request.

Which certifications do your products carry?

CE, RoHS and TUV certified under ISO 9001. Products comply with EN 60670-1 and DIN EN 60670-24; ingress protection tested per IEC 60529 and impact ratings IK08/IK09 per IEC 62262. Test reports available on request.

What are your sample and delivery lead times?

Samples are typically ready in 3–5 days. Stock items ship within 15 days; lead times for large or customized orders are confirmed at quotation.

Dust-Tight, Jet-Protected

Digit 6 = complete dust ingress protection. Digit 5 = protection against low-pressure water jets from any direction. Ideal for outdoor lighting, irrigation, and standard rooftop solar (SHA, HT, SHOW Series).

IP66

Dust-Tight, High-Pressure Protected

Digit 6/6 adds protection against powerful water jets and heavy seas. Recommended for construction sites, washdown areas, marine environments, and high-exposure solar (SHPN, HTS, SHT Series).

IP67

Dust-Tight, Temporary Immersion

Protected against immersion in 1 m of water for 30 minutes. Suitable for MCB circuit-breaker enclosures in areas with standing water or heavy splash (SHEN Series).
